Nathan Butterfield brings over two decades of experience in the Restoration and Reconstruction Industry. He launched his first company in high school, initially focused on commercial and residential carpet cleaning before transitioning to full-scale restoration in 2002. Nathan holds multiple IICRC certifications and an ADI Master’s Certificate, and is widely recognized for his leadership in large-scale disaster recovery operations, especially during catastrophic (“CAT”) events. From hurricane-stricken regions to the 2012 Moore, OK tornadoes—where he played a pivotal role in restoring 55 schools within just three months—Nathan’s expertise in mitigation and coordination has consistently delivered results. After selling his company in 2014, he joined Response Team 1, helping grow its revenue from $60 million to over $240 million. When he’s not leading teams or strategizing business growth, Nathan enjoys golfing, sporting clays, and flying helicopters.
